First, please know that your feelings are completely valid and more common than you might think. Many high-achieving individuals experience what’s known as ‘imposter syndrome.’ Remember, your accomplishments are real and earned through your hard work and dedication. When self-doubt creeps in, try to focus on the facts: you were chosen for your role or achieved your success for a reason. Keep a journal of your achievements and positive feedback to remind yourself of your capabilities. It’s also helpful to talk about your feelings with trusted friends or mentors—you might be surprised to find they’ve felt the same way. Lastly, be kind to yourself. Growth comes from challenges, and it’s okay to not have all the answers. You are more capable than you give yourself credit for.
