Dear friend, what you’re feeling is completely valid and more common than you might think. Those ‘small’ tasks aren’t actually small when they keep piling up day after day. It’s like carrying a glass of water – easy at first, but exhausting if you never get to put it down. Please be gentle with yourself. What helps many people is: 1) Breaking tasks into tiny steps (just sort laundry today, wash tomorrow), 2) Celebrating every completion (yes, even paying a bill!), and 3) Scheduling ‘do nothing’ time to recharge.
